The following terms and conditions make up our Shipping Policy. Thank you for visiting and shopping at NEKI PHARMACEUTICALS. 

Shipping Period

In order to guarantee that your order is delivered as soon as possible for all orders placed between the hours of 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, NEKI PHARMACEUTICALS strives to dispatch all orders as promptly as possible within 4-6 hours.

Orders placed after six will be delivered by noon the following day.

Kenya's interior orders are delivered within not more than 24 hours.

Purchases ordered after 8:00 p.m. will be delivered the following day.

Nairobi County about 10:00 the following morning. 

The Greater Nairobi Metropolitan Area at noon the following day.

Kenya's interior within 36 hours

On your mobile device, an order confirmation with the order number will be delivered. Your order has not been accepted by our system if you do not receive the order number. A confirmation will also be available on the website in the "your orders" section. 

When your order is sent out, you'll get a notification. You will also receive a call from our delivery rider to confirm delivery. 

Shipments may be delayed if we are experiencing a large volume of orders. If this is the case, we will make an effort to get in touch with you by phone or email. 

Ordering prescriptions:

In order to obtain any counseling on medication administration and to give the original prescription to the delivery driver as soon as you receive your order, please make sure you receive it personally. We would like to remind you that this is a requirement under law for all prescription-only drugs. 

Your order's shipping costs will be calculated and shown to you at checkout. 

Confirmation and monitoring of orders

As soon as our system accepts your order, you will receive an SMS or email confirming your purchase. This number can be dialed if you have any questions regarding the delivery of your order.

Damages

Please verify all orders are complete and in good condition upon parcel receipt. Please inform the delivery agent before they depart in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged. Before calling, please save all packaging materials and damaged products.
